MY JOURNEY

I have transformed my life’s trials into strength and empowerment for women everywhere. As a devoted mother of three, my journey through divorce in my late 30’s was a turning point that ignited my passion for personal transformation.

Amidst the most difficult time of my life, I made a bold decision to challenge myself in ways I never imagined. Fuelled by determination and a desire for self-discovery, I embarked on a remarkable journey that would redefine my sense of self. Against all odds, I stepped onto the stage of a bikini fitness competition, defying stereotypes and societal norms.

Through this, I found a profound connection with weight training — a discipline that not only sculpted my physique but also fortified my spirit. Through my relentless dedication, I discovered the transformative power of strength, both physical and emotional.

Now, as a middle-aged woman, drawing from my own experiences, I have dedicated myself to supporting women through the tumultuous stages of postpartum, divorce, and perimenopause. I know and believe that exercise can be the best form of therapy.

As a certified personal trainer and advocate for women’s health, I am on a mission to empower women to reclaim their strength— both inside and out. With a keen focus on the importance of weight training, I can educate and empower other women to embrace this vital practice for their overall health and wellbeing.

I am not just a fitness enthusiast; but also a warrior, a mentor, and a guiding light for women on their journey to reclaiming their power. My story is a testament to the invincible strength of the human spirit and the boundless possibilities that await those who dare to believe in themselves.

I am currently training out of Obsidian Athletic Club in North Vancouver, I offer personalized training sessions in a supportive  and welcoming environment. With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of dedicated professionals, Obsidian Athletic Club provides the perfect setting for your fitness journey. By training with me  here, special membership rates will be offered. Contact me  directly for more information. 

In addition to in-person training at Obsidian Athletic Club, I also offer personal training sessions at other locations, providing flexibility and convenience to suit your busy lifestyle. Whether you prefer to train in the comfort of your own home or outdoors in the fresh air, I am committed to meeting you wherever you are on your journey to health and wellness.
